Bought an Electrolux stove and refridg. in jan. 2010. (More than $6,000). Within a week, had to call for service on a door gasket for the refridg. Today, the solenoid valve leaked water all over the wood floor. Floor is warped and part of the drywall wall is damaged. Called Van Vreede's and asked to speak with the sales manager. Ed, identified himself as sales manager, asked me what the problem was. I explained everything and said he would have service call me in the morning to set up a time. I told him that I want service first thing in the morning. He said that is up to the service dept. to schedule. I explained that I just spent $6000 with them, it is my second service call, and I now have property damage and they're going to make me wait until possibly the afternoon? He comes back, with an attitude, and says, ""who knows, it may not be until Monday."" Keep in mind, today is Thursday. At that point, I asked to speak to his boss and with that, he laughed. He told me he is payed by the owner to deal with people like me and hung up on me.
