Worst

They would not even look at my LG fridge that is under warranty. I even offer to drop it off the there shop.

The customer service I got here is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I work customer service for a living so I know good service when I get it and really appreciate it. The quality of the people and the merchandise is top grade. And the delivery guys are efficient and polite- they quickly set everything up exactly as asked. Everone I have worked with has been amazing, which is why I keep coming back! more

They have nice products but after the sale is horrible. They use outside service repair companies and will not stand behind them. We had an issue with a repair and I contacted Van Vreedes informing them of the poor service by the repair company and they said we need to take it up with them. Keep in mind, this appliance was only 2 weeks old and obviously still under warranty. What a joke. Cons: everything more

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS and SERVICE 4/13/2010

Van Vreede's has tried 5 times to get us an TV stand that is put together correctly or not damaged... 5 times! We are now trying again. Service people are great our sales guy was awesome but the managers are HORRIBLE! Excuse after excuse how it is not their fault it is the manufacturer.. excuse me I am buying from them not the manufacturer right?!?! Manager yells as I demand a good product...Doesn't think I should be upset that I ordered the product the first week of November and we are in April and it still isn't correct! Then our couch broke 3 days after it was delivered, again... manufactured wrong... Ok I get it sometimes there are issues but now we wait another 6 weeks because you know it has to come from AZ. Seriously what kind of joke of an operation is this place? Cons: Everything more

Terrible after the sale service 3/25/2010

Bought an Electrolux stove and refridg. in jan. 2010. (More than $6,000). Within a week, had to call for service on a door gasket for the refridg. Today, the solenoid valve leaked water all over the wood floor. Floor is warped and part of the drywall wall is damaged. Called Van Vreede's and asked to speak with the sales manager. Ed, identified himself as sales manager, asked me what the problem was. I explained everything and said he would have service call me in the morning to set up a time. I told him that I want service first thing in the morning. He said that is up to the service dept. to schedule. I explained that I just spent $6000 with them, it is my second service call, and I now have property damage and they're going to make me wait until possibly the afternoon? He comes back, with an attitude, and says, ""who knows, it may not be until Monday."" Keep in mind, today is Thursday. At that point, I asked to speak to his boss and with that, he laughed. He told me he is payed by the owner to deal with people like me and hung up on me. Pros: nice products Cons: bad service more
