Great Experience, Found My New Spa Home 12/26/2011

I went to this spa for a facial. The front desk staff was very helpful and my facial experience was extremely relaxing. When I called a few days later to leave a message for my esthetician with a question about the products she recommended, I was able to speak with her and have her put products aside for me to pick up. Overall, the people here are very attuned to customer service, which seems like a dying phenomenon. I was pleased, and feel that I will continue going to this spa. more

I was brought in with minimal wait and was treated kindly. The wax process didn't take long at all as she was very efficient. A good experience overall. more

Crystal does a fantastic job. I brought a magazine photo and described what I was looking for. She did such a great job-- an hour after i stepped out of the salon a drive thru cashier said, "Wow, great hair." And the compliments keep coming! more

I am new to Winston Salem and I was lucky to find the VanDavis Salon. I have been very happy with all of the services I have had. Hair cuts and colour. The thing I like most about Sierra, my stylist is that she listens to what I want and then executes perfectly. I get compliments regularly, but most importantly, I love my hair. more

The girl who cuts my hair is named Stephanie Winters I believe and she does so great! I love my hair everytime I leave. This was my third time going to her and even though the second time she didn't do what she usually does, this time she did! The moment you walk in get the mint licorice flavored tea mmmm makes you so relaxed then before she washes my hair she does an oil massage on my scalp which is to DIE FOR. It's honestly the reason I went back to her. She not only massages the scalp but she moves to your neck to your shoulders to your upper back! Gives me chills! Love it!!!!! more

Great if you have curly hair! 11/27/2011

I have curly hair and am new to town-I was scared to death of trying a new hair stylist! McKenzie cut my hair, and perhaps because she has curly hair herself, she knew just what my hair needed. One of the beat cuts I've ever gotten! I haven't gone to any other stylists, but McKenzie is very friendly but also pretty chill if you just want to veg. I do know all the stylists start with a complimentary head massage which is so nice! I highly recommend this salon. more
