Great Deals - Very Professional 7/29/2010

My son and I both purchased RV' s this past week. I got a great deal on a used motorhome and my son bought a new popup. We had both shopped around and found this to be the best deals. Very professional in their approach to selling RV's. My son used their in house financing and was very pleased with the rates and the way things were handled. I purchased a Service Contract on my used motorhome at a great price, the price of repairs can get quite high on one of these big rigs if it breaks. All in all we were very pleased with the entire experience. Pros: Large Selection, Very Good Brands, Willing to Deal Cons: None so far more

I've owned many RV's over the past 30 years and this is by far the best company I've ever dealt with. Salespeople were knowledgeable, prices were very competitive, selection was superior, and last but not least, the Service after the sale was the best. I was given a tour of their service facility and it's quite obvious they've made a commitment to Service. Everyone was friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. The owner even put in some kid friendly movies for my grandchildren to watch while my unit was being serviced.\r \r I''ve recommended this dealer to at least 5 of my friends and each one of them has thanked me for doing so. They are all completely satisfied too. As far as I am concerned this place is batting 1000% more

HIGH PRESSURE SALES and DISHONEST TACTICS 7/11/2010

We recently bought an RV and were pressured to write a check before we had the money. Pressured to purchase a service contract, that we said we didn't want. Inadequate demontration of product for a first time buyer. Failed to test drive product after installation to confirm installed product (electric brakes) were working correctly. A bad sales experience. Buyer beware! Pros: nice product Cons: dishonest sales people, extreme high pressure more

They don't honor what they tell you at the time of purchase and then can't figure out what the problem is when you don't get what you PAID for. Go buy an RV where someone respects you and your hard earned money. more
