Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I wish I could only think of just one word to describe the service I received, however that wouldn't do them justice. A couple of words that come to mind just to describe them would be: Marvelous, excellent, fabulous, awesome etc. They were INCREDIBLE You could tell the employees knew what they were doing, it was fast, it was easy, and it was worth going. I am always reluctant to change my oil because I never have time, however after going to this PARTICULAR Pennzoil Ten Minute Oil Change I will MAKE time for getting my oil changed. It's not just my car that runs PERFECT after the oil change, but it's also how my car looks. I can see every car I pass by look at me with envy when I leave because it shines, not just my car, but also my tires. It's not like those other car washes in Down River that last only one or two days, no, this last for a LONG TIME. I have told so many friends to go here, I would recommend it to anyone in need of an oil change, a car wash, or just friendly talk because you'll receive all three and with TREMENDOUS service. I don't think a 5 star rating will suffice, but since that's the highest it'll go, I will give it a 5 out of 5 with no hesitations! more

I've been going to this place for years however I will never go back! I took my car in for an oil change and shortly after leaving, my oil light was on......which was never on before. Went back to have them fix it and they refused. They said it wasn't their fault, that it was probably the sensor that went bad.............just so happened to be the same exact time I left their garage!! They wouldn't replace the sensor unless I paid them to do it! This was the "manager" telling me this! I am very disappointed in this service. I've never had a problem until today and I will NEVER go back. I used to rave about this place but now, everyone I know will know about this poor service and pathetic manager! more

These guys are fast, and good. I was in and out quickly, and they did a great job. Their pricing is the same as all other oil change shops, and their service is great. They made other recommondations too, but I did not feel like they were trying to abuse me and get me to but things I did not need. A+ I will continue to take my cars there more
