They were customer focussed from start to finish. Their staff were pleasant, patient, and helpful to ensure my schedules weee maintained without undo stress.

The van is good and clean, but the rate was different than what I booked online which is totally unfair.

It was a good experience overall. There were a couple things that could be improved. The car had a cigarette smoke odor. The center console/cupholder wasn't clean. It looked like someone had spilled something in the past, and it was sticky. Otherwise, the car ran well. more

Value has the best cars/vans. Customer service is excellent. I have recommended family/friends to them. I will always use them whenever I need a car. Thank you Value. Excellent value, pleasent and helpful staff! 7/3/2012

We were very pleased with the value, condition of the rental vehicle and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We upgraded to a larger vehicle without difficulty, and the availability of van accessibility for access to the rental facility from our motel was quick and pleasant. The Best Place To Rent From!!! 6/26/2012

I always rent from here!! I absolutely love renting from Value Auto Rental!! I don't even waste my time looking @ other rental companies. I rented a vehicle over Memorial Day weekend, and I was completely satisfied. The rates are affordable, the vehicles are in excellent condition. I will highly recommend Value to anyone who is renting. And Manny is the best, always friendly, willing to help, and a very nice gentleman!! They will continue to have my business when I need it!! Great customer service and equipment 5/1/2012

The staff at locations was great, Manny the individual i dealt with was very helpful and processed my rental very quickly and efficiently. Upon returned to the location I had left my EZ pass inside the vehicle and I was very happy to see that it was secured at the office when I realized and came back for it. So thank you for great customer service. more

Our rental experience 4/2/2012

The staff was very helpful and good to work with. Unfortunately, the van did not feel too safe when driving it on the highway, 55MPH. It began to shake and felt as if the driver would lose control. We rented this van to transport children to a youth retreat camp and would like to have felt safer in the vehicle. more

I would not hesitate to use or refer your auto rental service in the future. Everyone was satisfied with the vehicle. From the youngest (with her movies playing) to the oldest (who could sit back and relax) It was clean, safe, comfortable and very handsome. Keep up the good work. more

Excellent 2/3/2012

My experience I had was great, I have tryed many rental places and there were always problems. You can't use debt cards only credit (visa), you can only have a certain amount of drivers, the selection of vehicles were very limited and I have found valve auto rental to be the best. No hassel,the vehicle was very clean in great condition and the customer service was great and very helpful and most of all the price was right. They now have a loyal customer more

Service provided by Customer Service Rep.was excellent.They were very informative about the vehicle rental contract and the options of the rental.Provided a vehicle that more than served my needs.The vehicle cleaned and well serviced A time of pickup,the Customer Service Rep.was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. more

Everything was good. The van was fantastic. Next time we will rent the 15 passenger. We want an even better time. All of the vans are roomy. Would reccomend this company to others! more

We had a wonderful arrangement with Value Van and Car Rental. We were contracted to rent a Van and Value Van and Car Rental was very professional in their service. They worked very efficiently. Value Van and Car Rental provided not only a very good service but an excellent van as well! We were happy with everything we experienced with that company. I found Value Van and Car Rental on the internet. They were close by and had reasonable rates. They were probably the best I had seen in the state of New Jersey if not anywhere.
