Highly recommend!! We rented one of their new Ford Transit vans and it was great. The reservation process was smooth and we were in and out of the off when we picked up the van. The van was new and all the seats reclined..my 15 passengers were all comfortable. Will use them in the future when traveling. more

Their rates can not be beat, it is very easy to make a reservation and the service before/during the rental is outstanding. The cars are clean and very well maintained. Got the right van in fine order. The van drove well without problems, only the windshield sprinkler was clogged on passenger side. Would use them again if in need of a van. more

This business is unethical and deliberately lies on their website. They list a Newark location on their website when the Newark location has been closed for over a year. When I told an employee that the website was inaccurate, he said that the ownership knows that the website is wrong but leaves Newark location on the website because it "drives business." I told him that this was unethical and they should change it and he said that "they aren't going to change it." I don't care if this is a good value or has good service - if you deliberately deceive customers you deserve zero stars. I reserved a 12 passenger van for a weekend trip. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brad who made my rental experience smooth and easy. We were out of there and on the road in no time at all. Before booking my rental I shopped around and found Value Auto Rental to be the best price around. I would definitely recommend renting from them. more

I used these guys over 4th of July weekend, not only did I save a TON of money compared to renting from a co. at the airport (Newark), but the customer service was FANTASTIC. I had several questions before arriving in NJ and Manny was kind and answered all of my questions. Damian picked us up at Newark and brought us back at the end of our trip. Damian was very personable, professional, kind and informative. The ladies in the office were also very, very nice.
