Value City

Good: Well, I liked their Furniture, which is the reason I had stopped by to purchase a couple of Chairs.. Bad: The Customer Service was Horrible!! I told them what I was looking for and the Man Pointed his hand in 4 directions as to where I was to Go on the Search for these Chairs...Horrible!! As I walked down one aisle and Gave up!! As I was leaving, I noticed a Man coming through the doors a Salesman jumped all over him..."May I help you? What are you looking for? I felt like a second class person!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS!! WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS FAST.. OTHERS HAVE BEEN TREATED THE SAME WAY.. Improvements: NICER SALES PERSONS!!!. Other: THEY WERE DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!! I HAD PLENTY OF MONEY TO SPEND THAT DAY, SO I WENT TO THE MALL, TO ROOMFUL EXPRESS!!. more

We shop at Value City first when we are looking for clothes, items for the home and furniture. Most of the time, we don't have to go anywhere else. They have the best prices on namebrand clothes, not to mention a great selection that is always changing. They also have popular shoes for a steal as well. We especially like their furniture department though. Our current living room set is 12 years old and has held up nicely over the years. When we look for a new set, we will certainly look at Value City again! You can't beat the prices! more
