We found water coming out of the base boards in our garage and realized our hot water heater was draining everywhere! With one quick call, your plumber, Mark V., was at our house in no time and quickly addressed the emergency. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and did everything to resolve the problems we encountered. We will definitely call Valleywide Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Valleywide Plumbing is very pleasant to work with. We use them for commercial repairs and have done so for about 3 years. They are quick to respond to service calls and are overall a great company to work with. They have done some larger repairs for us, including a roof drain repair, and their technicians are professional. They always give us good quality service. I first used Valleywide Plumbing on a recommendation from a contractor. I have been using them for at least 10 years now and they have done a number of things, from installing new toilets and putting in a new water heater to fixing slab leaks, replacing faucets, and unstopping drains that get backed up. All of the work they've done has turned out well. They come out in a timely manner. When I've had things that needed to be taken care of in a short time, they are responsive. They are good when you want the job done today, not tomorrow. I've already referred Valleywide Plumbing to friends. They are reliable and have done good work for me. They came out as soon as possible, and got the job done quick. The people were a breeze to work with and I will use them again if I need a fix. Highly recommend more

Came out to fix a small leak. Required parts not on truck. Came back, fixed leak but "discovered" new leak for which they had to get new parts. Finally fixed on second(third total) trip. A small leak that should have been repaired for less that $150 was converted to a $500+ job. I would pass on these guys. more
