i went there to look at a couple trailers....to my surprise it was very nice,,,a couple older ones but alot of the newer ones....people are nice,,,so instead of renting one i bought one i was impressed with the place n i dont regret it,,, more

Best Place To Buy A First Home 8/29/2006

This 30 year old manufactured home community has always been a hidden gem within the Central Bucks School District; it has very reasonably priced single family homes, and beautiful views of rural Plumstead Township from every lot. But, since 2004, when A.R.C. Inc. took over as the parks managers, it has truly become a great place to live; it's very family friendly and safe, with lots of community sponsored kid events.
