On a Tuesday night, luckily we left 2 hours early from north county. Between bad traffic, very poor parking accomodations, being herded through the smoky casino we barely made it to our seats on time. It was obvious that they only care about raking in your $$$'s. NEVER going back. Pros: Nothing better than JT Cons: Where do I start more

Do not park in the valet. They will damage your car. I parked my car in the valet and the employees bold face lied to management about damaging my car. I have a ruined bumper on my 1 year old car. Damages are estimated at $527.64!!!!!! They refuse to pay for the damages. Do not GO TO VALLEY VIEW unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to have your car fixed!!!!!\r Cons: DO NOT PARK IN THE VALET more

Awful concert venue! 6/7/2009

The worst traffic / crowd management of any venue I have ever seen. The music venue is outdoors, but they funnel everyone through the smoky casino for both the entrance and the exit. Took 30 minutes to get out of the seating area after the show. Ridiculous amount of time for such a small venue. Forrest Gump could have figured out a better way to do that. Managment morons. Will never go back. Pros: Music Cons: Everything else more

The Truth from an Elite Player 8/27/2008

They have lost touch with their customers. Its now about cramming so many people like sardines. They cant make up their mind from one waitress to the next how much drinks cost.. Yes their buffet is good but wait in line for 3 to 4 hours it is sure not worth it. Their concerts are outside in a parking lot and are very disorganized and downwind from the chicken farm..Phew bring a towel or something to help you breath. To top it all off their machines are so tight they make cruise ships casinos look loose. I have been with Valley View since the beginning and I am sad to say there are many other good casinos in San Diego I would try a different one first. Pros: Good Food Cons: Poor customer service, overcrowding, overcharging more
