Lived here for a time a few years ago. There was a nice tree shading the balcony so the temperatures were good and cooling costs low. They have since cut the tree down. It is not gated and personally had two vehicle break-ins while there. Mail box security was a constant problem and it seemed like notices to that affect were distributed quarterly. The price was decent and in a good location for what I needed at the time. Would choose somewhere else now.
