I went to Valley Motor Center because I needed my bumper replaced. The customer service and repairs were both spectacular.

Quick service! 11/17/2005

The people at this business were very helpful and polite even though I broke my appointment with them several times. The man who examined my car was friendly, quick and complete in his work. Within half an hour I was being handed my papers and walking out the door. The location is also cool because they offer free juices and sodas as well as an internet connection incase you need to sign online. This was a very professional business that I highly recommend. more

The repair service process undergoes through a whole set of steps, including estimate, insurance approval, disassembly, order parts, structure repair, body repair, paint, reassembly and detailing. Based in Van Nuys, Calif., the company has two separate departments, such as Bodywork Department and Refinish or Paint Department. Working out of a production space of 24,000 square feet area, Valley Motor Center uses state-of-the-art equipment..     Repair Process

    * Estimate
    - In the Damage Report process area the vehicle is inspected,and relevant data is entered into a damage report that determines initial cost of repairs. Additionally,there is often hidden damage that can not be seen until after the vehicle is disassembled.

    * Insurance Approval
    - After the damage report is completed,the insurance company reviews it. The insurance company determines if the vehicle is repairable. Then the vehicle begins the actual repair process.

    * Disassembly
    - In Disassembly,hidden damage is often found,and inner structure repairs are determined.

    * Order Parts
    - The required parts for your vehicle are ordered,and availability is checked. When a part must be special ordered,that will be done as soon as possible.

    * Structure Repair
    - A computer based measurement system is used to analyze the structural repair of your vehicle. This assures an accurate repair.

    * Body Repair
    - The Metal Repair Department replaces exterior panels,and all metal finishing that is required. The vehicle begins to come back to life as sheet metal is installed and aligned to exact specifications. From here the vehicle will go to the refinishing preparations department.
