I have to share my experience last month. We were on vacation when our 18 year old daughter called us hysterical because our two bull terriers got into it and one was bleeding badly. Although our daughter is responsible she didnt have experience with bloody injuries. After calming our daughter down we called Valley Animal Hospital and told them the situation. Our daughter simply drove our dog over to the facility and was met at her car to bring our dog in and the staff took over from there, simply telling our daughter to come back in 4 hours. Our dog had two head wounds and was stitched up beautifully. Our daughter was given a prescription on the spot and left with big smiles. We came home from vacation and our dog was in great shape. DO NOT GO TO VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! We took our three healthy cats in for a routine grooming with sedation and came home with two. We received a very short and cold explanation as to why our cat died in their care. One of the other cats has a bleeding toe from her nail being cut too short. The invoice lists a different doctor's name who performed the services than the doctor whose name we were given. We are in the process of finding out what to do to prevent this from happening to others. more

After taking my dog to my normal vet and having her misdiagnosed and brushed off, I was recommended to come here to see Dr. Lucero. After just explaining to him on the phone what was going on he said that my vet nder estimated what was wrong with my dog and that she was considered a life threatening emergency. After doing some more research it turns out he was right. Before rushing into tons of tests he did an x-ray and it tunrs out that she was very sick, but for something my other vet completely over looked. Dr. Lucero saved my dogs life and treat me and her with love and respect. Everyone there is so nice and respectful. more

I always go there no problems so far! All of you people who are complaining are cheap, you say you love your animals so much but don't want to pay for their well being. Of course, if the animal is very sick not even if you take them to best hospital they are not going to be able to save them. Just remember that when you die your family still will have to pay for your hospital even if you pass away because the service was done. more

This place is Great! I had a problem with my little dog hurting its leg! =o( He jumped off my bed and my bigger dog also jump off after him. And she accidentally stepped on his leg. He was in great pain and crying :( We thought it might be broken so we took him to Valley Animal Hospital. It was after hours and they was closed. So i called and talk to George H the manager he was very helpful and concern he called the local Technician there and he came over helped my dog after hours and gave it shots and check his leg. They went out of there way to help me Thanks Valley Animal Hospital! And thank you George! more

Dr Haubert saved my dogs life!! more

I've been visiting them for 8 years for my two dogs. They are very caring and treat the dogs with great very well. They have always been fair with their prices. more

I took my beloved Dog to this Vet. due to an illness that put my dog at a high risk of death, he was bleeding from his rear. (the sickness was unknown, at the beginning Omar (surgical technician) and Dr. David and Haubert nice and promised to cure my dog. So I payed $300 to start with treatment and they recommended to leave the dog overnight, when I came back next day my poor dog was with blood all over his body and I had a bill of $660 and more in which a bath was charged. when i told them why those charges they said that they put some pain killers and BS. I complain about the bath because the dog seem in worst conditions full of blood and lots of pain. I tried to walked out and Omar and the Vet once more promised that with a surgery the dog was going to be fine. They told me surgery was going to be around $1.500-$2.000 and that it was not going to exceed that priced since I had already spend more than a Thousand. After the surgery I go and picked up my beloved dog in which they had removed his pennis and made a little opening with a catheter so that he could pee and have a normal life. When they bring the bill, It wasn't the price they told me the bill was $3.250 dollars. Which by the way I couldn't afford and made me apply for their financial services. I wouldn't complain after all, if the surgery was successful, but sadly for me and my dog he ended dying!!! what upsets me the most is that he suffered so much after surgery, I had to stop doing my things to care for him day and night, he would pee with blood still and his opening closed at the end and my poor doggy couldn't pee, so i called the Vet ASAP and they pretty much offer me another surgery at my own cost. I took my dog to other vets and told me that the surgery was wrong and that nothing could fix my dog, so I had to put him to sleep forever, after spending more than $5.000 dollars and the worst is that all the staff was so inconsiderate, when I was crying at the vet the girls at the front desk would laugh or make rude comments, Omar and the Vet only care about the money and take as much as possible, they don't care about you or your dog!!! Avoid this Vet. All I wanted was the wellbeing of my dog but he ended dead due to negligence and I ended heart broken and broke!!! :( at the end they never gave me a diagnoses. more

I want to thank everyone there for the great care they have given me and my pets thou out all these years. they are kind and caring people. more

So My Dog Roxy Red Fox got hit by a car and she was going to need surgery done on here broken tibia and fibula so i called many \r vets and they were all charging me in the thousands some were all high priced and really rude and inconsiderate ..\r i was feeling lost and i didn't know what to do and then i found \r Valley Animal Hospital..:) I called and talked to George and he was very very helpful. he set me up with a morning appt. \r I came in and he walked me and roxy red fox right to the back room.\r i was worried i couldn't afford the bill of having surgery on my dog.but i was able to get a payment plan which eased my financial stress Alot!! and the doctor was very very helpful, genuine and well Handsome !! he genuinely cared for my feelings and my pup.... Their prices are reasonable and the loving technicians try there hardest to make sure the pets are taken care of correctly. Dr. David is AWESOME!! Dr. Lucero is very organized and consistent, and Dr. Haubert really knows his Veterinary Medicine!!! The receptionist are always running from the front desk to the back and trying to help as many people as possible. They are always willing to help, I know its a long wait and sometimes when the staff is rushed it feels like they might not care, behind closed doors they are extremely caring of your pets!!! Go with your Experiences Not Others Opinions!! more

Everything about that hospital was a wonderful experience for me. \r The people in it and the pets. \r The staff is wonderful they are like a family to me..to be honest I loved working there even though it was pretty busy and we had a lot of cranky clients more

Dr. Haubert has always been kind, considerate and excellent with the work he has done for our rescue. The only vet we allow to do our cherry eyes on our dogs is Dr. Haubert. The practice is very busy, that is true. I think the cost of veterinary care has skyrocketed to begin with ... but blame it on George W. and don't blame it on Dr. Haubert. I don't care where you go today, vet care is expensive. I'm sorry that Dr. Haubert is taking the slam for this. Hang in there, Doc more

I am so happy i found this place when my dog was sick, it was the best place i could have taken her, the receptionists are kind and alert.The vets themselves are gentle with the animals,they have grooming specials every Tuesday, they have a little boutique in the office that has doggie/kitty beds, feeding bowls, and purses and notebooks. The overall health results were wonderful, i always take my dog there. They are also very clear to explain about medication, and the prices are reasonable. more

I bought a new puppy who became very ill immediately. The vet and staff here were wonderful about his care and followup. I received daily calls to update me on his progress and all the information and phone time I needed to feel good about his stay. They even made time for me to visit with the dog. I took my 2 year old puppy here when we first got her so she could get all of her shots. My sister was the one who took her so I wasn't there to judge, but I did pick her up one day after she got fixed and that place is ridiculous. They didn't even put the leash around my dog properly, so when we went outside to walk to the car her leash came undone and she ran towards the street and almost got hit by a car. I dropped everything from my hand and ran after her. Not only did I have a heart attack, The service was HORRIBLE. The front desk is unneccesary. They were on the phone the whole time talking to their boyfriends, and didn't even feel like answering any of my questions. They just told me how much everything was and basically wanted me to get the f*ck out. I called today to find out how many shots my dog had, and which ones they were because the pet hotel needs to verify all of her vaccinations. She sighed, looked it up, and had an attitude when I asked her a few more questions. Her name is Vanessa, and she needs to be fired. How is someone going to feel comfortable taking their animals there knowing they don't even give a sh*t about you or your animal, they just want the money. The place wasn't clean at all, and everything was unorganized. All the employees look like their hating life and they need to get the f*ck out of there asap. I regret spending a penny at this place.
