This place is sad and inhumane. My grandma went there when she had a broken pelvis and they refused to help her go to the bathroom. It took several complaints to management, and several weeks of suffering, to fix this problem. The food was gross and didn't meet her dietary restrictions. We had to bring her nearly every meal to ensure she would eat, and they would not let us use their refrigerator. There was no air conditioning in the middle of the summer, and the residents were not allowed access to a telephone. When I asked for one to be put in her room I was told to buy her a cell phone, even though she is nearly blind. The one area that deserves kudos is the physical therapy staff - who were excellent.
Pros: physical therapy
Cons: everything else
