I have a 1999 van that was in an accident . It was the first time I had ever been in accident or had autobody work done. They were so helpful and my old van looked new when they got done! I would definitely suggest them for future work. Thanks for the great job! more

My wife put a dent in her new 5 day old Avalon, as you can imanige she was quite upset. We took her car to McNeils with hopes it would look new again. Well it did, you could not tell that it had been dented, it looked just like it did when she first took delivery of the new car, it was spotless inside and out. They did a great job and if needed I will return to McNeils for any work that is needed in the future. Thanks again Trace for a job well done. more

If you're looking for excellent customer service, quality work, and competitive pricing, McNeil's Auto Body is the only place to go! I didn't get into an accident, but I did back into a ""dummy"" post in a parking lot. My brother sent me to Trace with the promise I wouldn't be disappointed. The work that was done on my car far surpassed any expectations I had. My bumper was replaced and my car was fully detailed; it looks brand new again! The customer service Trace, Geoff, and the rest of the staff offered was exceptional. Trace set me up with a rental car since they kept my car overnight, and everyone was so friendly. They were also great with my two very active boys. Never once did I feel like my kids were a nuisance. I've since been back for more work, and will continue to come to McNeil's for any minor or major car repairs. You will not be disappointed! Thanks, again guys! more

I got in a bad car accident in which my car was a total loss. I don't remember much about that night except for the fact that this auto body shop, in my opinion, went above and beyond to get me a rental car and treat me with the upmost respect when I was so very upset and in so much pain. As I walked into McNeil's Body Shop, I was greeted by a friendly face, Trace Coccimiglio. He offered me a soda and candy treat and we went to look at my car. He was helpful, courteous, and ready to do any body work for my car that was needed. I told him I had a deadline so he worked to complete the job and return my car to me in time for me to go on vacation. While my care was in the shop I drove around a luxurious subaru! We had not been in a wreck ? ever. So to go through that is awful. When you survive the 15,000 accidents/ day, all you know is you?re alive. I took my car to McNeil's after being in a minor fender bender & got it back a couple of days later looking even BETTER than it did before the accident.
