The folks at Valet Auto Body did a great job on my car repair. The quality of workmanship was excellent and my car looks as good as new. I was most impressed by the way they kept me informed during the repair process. Tony worked tirelessly with the insurance company and called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and to explain anticipated delays - which were always because the insurance company was dragging their feet giving approval on the repairs. All in all, I would definitely refer Valet to anyone looking for auto body repair. more

Had a hole in the bumper of our Jeep fixed- quickly, efficiently, affordably- and it looks great. They also cleaned the car, and it looked like it had been detailed. Really quality service. more

Hey Trace you Guys at Valet Auto did an unbelievably Great job on my Evo 8 MR!! Not only did your team fix what my insurance paid for you even buffed out damage from a previous accident and fixed my front bumper lip with all new OEM parts with no charge. On the Main work I had them do they did a literally perfect job! No overspray or missed work; like experiences I have had in the past with most other auto body shops even factory car dealerships. Overall I am very happy with the results. Not only does my car look good, it looks better then it did before the accident. I have lots of experience with auto shops (unfortunately) and Valet is the best. I just got my truck back from them and couldn't wait to write this review. I had some damage from a deer hit and I was hoping to handle it outside of insurance since I hoping it would be barely above my deductible. The folks at valet worked their magic finding after market parts and calling in favors to get the best prices and did the work fast, on time and BETTER than I expected for a great cash price. I researched parts online planning to do it myself but the price they were able to put it together for was much better than I could find just for parts. It was a no brainier. I can't wait to use them again-that is when I need them again. more

So, I had originally got an estimate at Macco, and in a very kind manner, Tony there promised me that not only would he try to beat their price, but that the quality of work would be day and night. I had heard so many horror stories and looked up the review for this place and no one had anything but good things to say about it. I have to support that exact same attitude and I am glad I did my research before picking this great place. Not only was he patient with me on the phone, his tone of voice and customer service was just through the roof good. And the finished product? Like new, he even fixed something the previous people who ""repaired"" the car had chose to ignore on the frame, which he told us could be worked over, but it was not recommended. And judging by his over all honesty so far, I fully trusted him in doing what extra things needed to be done, turns out it only cost an extra $50, which in total was well around if not a lot less than every where else I got quotes from. But one thing you cannot beat is quality and service, that is these guys, THANKS VALET AUTO!! I will always come back if I need body work. Thanks, -Joe Hu. more

Trace and Tony delivered all that was promised. This is no greasy shop. It is pristine, and so was the work. They even sent someone to pick me up and take me to my car when it was done. Then they gave me touch up paint so I can band-aid little rock chips in the future, and taught me how to do it. I hope to have it be a while before I need them again, but when I do, I will be back. more

We have used McNeil's Auto body several times. Their customer service is excellent. Tres (owner) bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with your experience at his shop. The work is excellent and done quickly. They are always looking for ways to save you a few dollars as well. I love that they detail my car as a finishing touch. I recommend McNeil's Auto Body to everyone I know who are in need of body work. more

I had a simple seat belt repair on my Ford Escape. I was shocked to hear the dealer's quote for parts and labor for such a simple repair. I took the vehicle down to Valet and I ended up paying roughly HALF of what the dealer would have charged. Thank you, Valet for saving me literally hundreds of dollars, not to mention the professional service. more

Valet Auto Body has metaphorically bent-over-backwards to ensure I am satisfied with my vehicle. A tree fell on my brand new car and it needed a lot of body work on the roof and hatch. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and it was in beautiful quality. It literally looks better than it did when I bought it. As a favor, because the dealership that I bought the car from was giving me a headache about a bunch of scratches under the front bumper from the previous owner, Valet fixed those for me. About five months later, for some reason or another, the clear coat on that bumper began to flake. Since the bumper was worked on originally as a favor because of all the other damage done on the car by the tree, I did not have paperwork proving that Valet fixed my bumper. However when I called and spoke with them, they fixed it up beautifully in one day and even set me up in a rental car at their expense while my car was being fixed. Furthermore, I was even given multiple suggestions on the best ""clear bra"" installers around so that I could protect my car further. I could not say enough good things about this shop. They provide old-fashioned, genuine service of great quality - something that is nowadays almost impossible to find. If you're looking for a place to fix the body of your car, going anywhere other than Valet Auto Body is, in my opinion, a mistake. more

I can't beleive these reviews. They must be written by friends and family! I was promised a ton of things to be done on my truck but as soon as it was in the shop they completely forgot about me. They will do and say anything to get your car in there only to drop the ball later. 2 weeks later than promised and still not done right. Only a $1,500.00 repair. Maybe it wasn't big enough to matter to them. I will not be back! more

I have been thoroughly impressed with this autobody shop. They repaired our Honda Accord which was nearly totaled into essentially brand-new condition. They guarantee their work and stand by it. They fought the insurance company for me and cut out a lot of the dirty work that no one ever wants to do after getting into an automobile accident. Can't simply say enough good things. more

They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They supplied me with a rental car for the week it took to repair my car. They matched a quote I got from another shop. They then went on to do a couple little extras that we weren't expecting. McNeil's did a great job on the body work-very professional! I will return for future work. more

I loved the thorough work that Mcneil's Auto Body Shop did on my car. I was in a hit and run accident that left my car with a big chunk taken out of my bumper. After a week in the shop my car looked like new. They did a wonderful job detailing my car as well. The car drove like new, and it didn't take very long in the shop. The staff was very helpful and efficient. They really knew what they were doing. I will definitely go back for any future work on my car. more

Not only did McNeil's Auto Body do a fantastic job repairing my car after it was hit by a bus last week, but they went above and beyond what was expected, working directly with the owner of the other vehicle, arranging to have a rental car waiting for me, and detailing out the inside of my car as well, making the whole process easy and convenient. The whole experience was professional and easy, and I have referred them to several friends and family--I will for sure use them again in the future. more

They put a new bumper on my car for me, they did a good job with the bumper pretty good paint job and it was ready the next day. BUT they broke one of my headlight brackets which on my car is part of the headlight and its $300, the only reason I did not say anything to them is because the tow company that broke my bumper to begin with paid over $1200 for the bumper and I was happy with that. I went to a different shop that I use that has been in business for over 30 years and they gave me a quote for $900 for the same job including an OEM bumper. If they would have been more careful with the disassembling of my car I would have been happier. I was some what happy with them but I think in the future I will go else where. The only reason I went here was because the tow company that cracked my bumper requested that I go here. Oh yeah and they threw everything in my car into a bag and broke a $55 bottle of cologne lol. more

This was our second car repaired at McNeil's. They are always very courteous and patient when explaining the options and details of the body work. The second time I was able to tour their shop. They pay close attention to the small details and the work is very professional. Our car looks great! more

We recently had our third car repaired at McNeil's. We originally found McNeil's as a result of an accident my son had on the freeway near Draper and his car was towed to McNeil's. We have been more than satisfied with McNeil?s work. All three cars have looked like new cars once the repairs were made, as not only is the car's body damage repaired but the rest of the car is detailed inside and out. What a surprise it was to see the first car after it was repaired and then to see each of the additional cars treated the same way. I will take all of my auto body work to McNeil's. more

I live in Saratoga Springs, UT and when I heard that McNeil's Auto Body has an office in Saratoga Springs I thought that was pretty cool because there aren't any shops out here and it's a long drive to find another shop. Trace met me here in Saratoga, and got everything taken care of for me. Not only did they do amazing work but they made it so EASY. I highly recommend McNeil's Auto Body! more
