This is a money factory - not a medical service. They charge you up front for the visit and then you wait, and wait ... If you dare ask the front office when the Dr will see you, they'll cut your head off. I can not comment about the quality of the medical service but, as they say, if it walks like a duck and it quack like a duck - it is a duck. more

I have read the reviews on this page and want to let people know that Dr. Boris is my primary care doctor and has little to do with my end diagnosis, the front desk was annoyed to give me an appointment and when I spoke to him he didn't listen and handed me antibiotics. When I ended up in the E.R antibiotics won't do much, I need a simple surgery instead. I still have problems getting approval for surgery because he's to busy to see me, honestly don't waste your time with this guy. I'm a young person and he dosen't take illness very seriously. I was looking for a really nice dessert wine as a gift for my Dad and I went to this shop really wanting to love it, but will never again return. The customer service was horrible. I had to wait for quite a while before getting assistance. When I finally tracked down a sales person, they acted as if I was really putting them out. Unless you go in there buying several cases of wine, they are very snooty and will treat you like garbage while they serve those buying more. Pretty lame because I do marketing for a caterer, who ALWAYS buys several cases of quality wine, but we now bring our business elsewhere. They should always treat all customers with respect, even those buying one bottle because it's just good business sense. I'll never deal with them again. more

I was injured at work when I fell down a staircase. They took me right in and did complete exam and x-rays etc. My son is a emergency room Dr and both Sonia and Boris Vaisman put their hearts into their medical care. They watched and cared for me for months with Chiropractic care, Medical care., And best of all Human care because I was unable to go back to work and they gave me the time as did their staff to make me feel comfortable . I felt like they were family. Thanks, Richard Halem....I am also a vietnam vet. more
