Very helpful, knoledgeable 4/4/2009

I went in this morning to buy bags for my miele and tried to buy the wrong ones!! The sales person caught my mistake and found the right ones for me, and then very patiently and kindly answered all my stupid questions and objections about them being the wrong one. Very helpful and knowledgeable, also reasonable prices comparable or below items online. Pros: Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient Cons: none that I know of more

Great customer service, knowledgeable about every aspect of vacuums -we were looking for a vacuum that would work on carpet and hardwood floors. They made our shopping experience a pleasure. And they're nice! more

Thank you Vacuum Cleaner Hospital for stocking my brands of vaccum bags. After I purchased two vaccums that were not common brands, I had difficulty finding the bags for them. Vaccum Cleaner Hospital seems to carry every brand available and always have the ones I need in stock at a very reasonable price. more

Great customer service 6/22/2005

Vacuums can be very expensive to fix and this is no exception at the Vacuum Cleaner Hospital. But you can be sure that they will warn you ahead of time about the cost for repairing your appliance and do their best to give you an accurate idea of what's going on under the cover. Their services range from maintenance to full resuscitation for any kind of vacuum cleaner. I was very impressed by the vacuum repairman who took time out to examine my vacuum and give me an estimate. Others, less dishonest repairmen, would let you leave your machine and charge you for havign looked at it, while he immediately told me it wasn't worth the price of fixing it for what the machine is worth. Next time I need maintenance or vacuum repair I'll go to the vacuum cleaner hospital. more
