2004 purchase a truck from them. On June 19 2006 I traded in this truck for a new 2006 model. Well 30+ days later they still have NOT PAID off my trade-in. Do you think this good business? Never again will I do business with them. I have called numerous times, and never a return call. so i stopped by to see the pay off person. they promise me that they would take care of it. Well guess what? My bank is still calling me, because they still DID NOT MAKE the PAY OFF. Be aware. more

You know, I thought that most dealers were about the same. We purchased our last car through a different dealer here in town and had a great experience. Recently, I went with a friend to attempt to purchase a car at Vacaville Ford. Not only were the managers rude, but they didn't follow through on what they had originally promised! They were asking $12,000 OVER blue book for the car - we took the printout in with us and they came down a bit - but wouldn't even approach blue book on it. When we spoke to the manager, he basically said tough - they would rather the car stay on the lot! This "new" vehicle was already 2 model years old and they had to use a portable battery to start it (seems like they haven't had a lot of test driving), and they still had the 2004 sticker price on it. Once we got home, we spoke to 3 other people who all said they had poor service there and wouldn't go back. Bummer that they are the only game for Ford in Vacaville... we'll go elsewhere. more
