Even when treated poorly by a customer, she responded with a great attitude and even extended kindness. I feel very comfortable with the staff and I know they are trying to make it a good experience for me. I also feel like they are not out to get my money because they don't pressure you to do anything.\r more

I stumbled upon this office through their ads in grapevine. I thought why not come here to this office for a second opinion for only $35 and I get a free bleaching. Glad I did, I had several teeth that were for Root canal but the doctor would like to approach it conservatively and just do a simple fill. If the tooth becomes a pain to me then we will move towards root canal. My teeth have healed and not one of my teeth needed a root canal nor crown. Although I was reminded that root canal might be an option in the future. It's been almost two years and my teeth are still pain free. Needless to say me, my family and my coworkers in genentech come here for dental care.\r more

I finally got my insurance and was calling Dentists everywhere here in Davis because I was in a lot of pain. Unfortunately, the earliest I can be accommodated is in a month. Since I work in Vacaville, I decided to look for one there. I called this office and was offered to be seen that day but may be a little bit of wait since they were just squeezing me in to their schedule. I came in and was welcomed and accommodated right away and started the paper works. I was guaranteed to help me get out of pain but might need to reappoint me if it is going to be a long procedure. The office is busy but very friendly. When I got in the chair, they took x-rays and the staff stayed with me and made sure I understand what was going on in my mouth. When the doctor came, he introduced himself as Dr. T. He immediately assured me that I am in the right place and will help me take care of my concern. The doctor spent a great deal of time explaining what was going on and what was necessary to alleviate my pain. You can tell that the doctor is very thorough and patient. True to their commitment, I was taken care of same day and on my way out , they already called in my prescription and ready to be picked up. I have been in this office for may years and don't mind the 20 mile commute. I tried to go in one of the offices in Davis but the quality of care is so much different in this office.\r more

This place is just awesome. There are three doctors here and all of them are really competent, compassionate and courageous. Courageous because they are brave enough to deal with my phobia with dentists. Of all three though my favorite is Dr. T, he is very gentle with his shots and very patient with me. Although I don't mind being seen by any. The are all great anyways.\r more

I had an emergency and was seen right away despite of their busy schedule. I just had to wait a little but promised to be accommodated that same day. The staff were very efficient and very knowledgeable. The doctor was very compassionate and caring and very gentle. I left the office very happy and pain free. This is a place where they continually update to give their patients the latest and greatest. They always ask how they did and what they can do to improve more on their service. They value my opinion and they listen. They help me go forth with my concern and exhaust all available resources to accomplish it. I had gum problem and I had to come 3-4 times a year to make sure my gums are healthy but my insurance will pay only twice a year. Me and my dentist are so excited that my gum problem is now under control which was not detected from my previous dentist despite of my constant gum bleeding and gum receding. My problem was I could not afford to come more than twice a year. They are so concerned so much that they are willing to pay for the third and fourth cleaning so I will not fall off the wagon and come every 3-4 months for my cleaning. My teeth are now cavity free and my gums are healthy. Thanks to the genuine care I got from this office. They really do Vacavile Dental ""CARE"".\r more
