I walked thru the doors and sat in a station. The stations are well kept including the restroom. Ivy made me feel comfortable as she saw my anxiety and discomfort of pain. She explained the next steps that would need to take place before Dr. T could see me. X-rays, etc. I was impressed with all the gadgets. It was finally my turn to visit with Dr. T and he put me and my mind at ease. We discussed my dilemma and he reviewed my X-rays unfortunately my tooth had an infection that could not be saved and therefore I gave my consent to proceed with an extraction. During the process, if I felt discomfort he wanted to know by raising my left hand. As we began, I was amazed at how steady, patient and gentle his hands were. I felt a little discomfort and he stop to ensure I was numb enough to proceed. He continued to extract my tooth and before I knew it, he was done. I NEVER had to raise my left hand again. Ivy provided me with my after care information and Bella called in my medication. As I laid it bed at home, i was surprised to receive a call from Dr. T to see how I was doing which made me feel special.\r more

I was referred to Vacaville Dental Care quite some time ago however out of fear of dentists, I never made an appt. Then the unexpected happened, I found myself with an aching tooth. As much as I tried to fight the pain ( I have a high threshold of pain), I couldn't take it no more...the throbbing became unbearable. I broke down and called them. Lucky for me they had an opening at 1 pm. The office is located close to the Vacaville Outlets with plenty of parking space. The office DOES NOT smell like a dental office. The waiting room is inviting with the latest varieties of magazines to read while you wait. The receptionist (Bella) greeted me with a smile. I filled out the necessary paperwork and then waited for my turn while I contemplated bolting out the door because of my fear of the dentist. I didn't even wait long when my name was called.\r more

This is the only office I have been that gives time time to educate their patients and will give you all the options and leave the decision to you. They even help you with the the option of billing my medical insurance to help me with the dental expenses knowing that most dental insurances don't cover anything. This office is a victim of ""cyber bullying"" and fraudulent accusation because one person has been slapped with a ""restraining order for violence, threat and harassment which is very much well documented in the website meetTHEhoodwinkerdotcom I support this office and recommended them to my families and friends because of their sincere approach in helping their clients and the quality of care we receive in this office. more

Dr T didn't put a post on my crown. My crown also keeps coming off. more

My son's tooth filling kept coming off. It came off 5 time with in a six month period after Dr Tuazons repair. He kept saying that the problem was my sons tooth. We got fed up and had a different dentist repair the same tooth. It's been over a year now and hasn't come off. more

Awesome docs and staff of VDC. It's sad this Erwin Lara spreads malicious gossips about this great office because he was slapped with RESTRAINING ORDER FOR VIOLENCE, THREAT AND HARASSMENT as published on WWWTHEHOODWINKERCOM. Pleasant experience for me and my family. I cracked my tooth and was squeezed in to be seen by this doc who took and spent quality time on me. He gave me all the options to save my tooth. To make matters worse, I have no insurance. The staffs were very good that they helped me move forward with my treatment and gave me all the available payment options. It was an awesome experience from staff to doctor. They even made the call for me to the pharmacy and when I was done I just had to pick up my meds. Very efficient and knowledgeable people. I am waiting for my insurance from my new job and definitely want to be seen by this office. Thank you and appreciate the attention and concern. I feel like an important person in this office. I just had 4 wisdom teeth removal last week it was painless and did not swell that much. I received a call from Dr. Tuazon that night to check how I was doing. Awesome post procedure care and awesome personality. Very relax and confident. Funny most of the time. Love coming here. This is where you want to be if you need caring and compassionate dental office. The dental staff are great and the doctor T is funny. Very informal and yet very professional. Kid (as well as big baby like me) friendly place. I am one of those dental phobic patient, still am but not as bad as before. Thanks to the doctors and staff of Vacaville Dental Care. Very patient and caring. Had my tooth pulled due to bad cavity. Not as bad as I expected. Several root canals due to years of neglect. Almost there to a great smile. Dr. Tuazon was a gift to me due to my fear of dentists. Dr. Tuazon turned me 360 degrees, he is a testimony that not all dentists are created equal. He made my visit not only painless but also meaningful and educational. He took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had a root canal and begged him to put me to sleep. I trusted him and did it without being put to sleep. It was a very pleasant experience and I am definitley a repeat customer. I already scheduled myself for a cap. Can't wait to see him again. This office is the greatest thing that happened to Vacaville for their great ethics and professionalism. Too bad they are being victimized by this certain Erwin Lara who is posting as ronaldogomez from Travis Air Force who has a 3 year restraining order for violence, threat and harassment in all 50 states. He posts as different persons trying to spread malicious gossips and lies about this office. This is the place to be for my kids, my friends and family. Highly recommended.
