I have several shops closer, but V & F always gives me good service. They get the job done without hassle and give realistic information and estimates. Not a fan of the suggested "extra services" but, to their credit, they don't give the hard sell. I do recommend V & F to friends and neighbors more

I called V & F the morning of the repair without an appointment. I was in a jam because I was leaving for vacation and my brakes started to make noise. They took me right in and shuttled me home with no waiting. They called to advise me that my front brakes were metal to metal and gave me the cost of the repair.They also did an oilchange, inspection sticker and fixed my brake light, all for under 450.00 on a V10 Truck. They picked me back up (again with no waiting) and had me back on the road the same day to start our vacation. I called my old dealer to get the cost of the repair had I gone there and was told somewhere around 820.00 !!! I cannot thank Frank and his wonderful staff enough and will continue to use them for all of my service needs! Thank's Again! more

I feel spoiled, I make an appointment, I show up on time, I am served on time, I have a free coffee, car is done promptly, I pay a fair price and I am done -perfect start to the day. more

The moment I walked into V&F I was greeted promptly and courteously! My recommended service was clearly and patiently explained to me - the gentleman at the counter even took the time to use a virtual "car tour" to elaborately explain to me the danger of my vehicles issue and why it was happening. The service was completed to exceed my expectations and was completed in the estimated time frame. My overall experience was great and I would recommend V&F to all my family and friends. The guys are V&F are very knowledgable about cars. They're also personable and very accommodating when they can be. Their prices are competitive and will lower their price if you come in with a quote from somewhere else for less. I've stopped in on occasion and had one of the guys help swap out a light in my trunk, for no charge and without appointment- and they've come out to check on my car when something didn't sound right. They know you by name and car...lol...and they're a great bunch of guys. We've been going there for 6 years now and haven't had a bad experience. I've got a Jetta and hubby has a Grand Prix, but we've also had a Blazer and a Celica, and I know they service all types of cars, so the cars listed below- I'd say all cars, but call if you're not sure. more
