Our dog passed away in our home. We called VCA Southland and they were very compassionate in our time of need. They helped us out from filling out the paperwork to bringing a roll...

Amazing Vet 12/4/2009

My boyfriend and I saved three little kittens from the Southgate Animal Shelter, and one of them was really sick. The shelter does business with VCA Southland, so I took the kitten there. They worked within my budget as best as they could to provide the care that the kitten needed. I am very impressed with the care and quality provided there, and would recommend them to anyone. Good boarding service 4/19/2006

VCA is an animal hospital but they also do boarding. I had to board my dog a couple of years ago when I went on a business trip. My dog (who has since passed on) was always skittish around strangers but after just a few minutes, he bonded with a couple of the young ladies who worked there at the time (not sure if they are still there). I felt confident when I left that he was in capable hands and sure enough, when I returned, he was happy as ever and seemed to enjoy his little vacation. I was very happy with the service and the rates were pretty reasonable too. more

***** five star animal hospital, great vet! 10/3/2005

I was petting my cat, when I noticed a HUGE piece of wood lodged in his stomach. I was a mess. I have no idea how it happened, but I rushed him to this vet. They were very calm, very understanding, and even relaxed me pretty quickly. They were so careful, and so nice to my cat. They did whatever they had to to keep me and my cat calm, and fixed him right up! They did this all at like 3am, and were just great! I don't know what I would have done without them. I drove a long way from home to get there, and am so happy they were there. GREAT VET!!!! Great people. It was nice to feel they really did care! more
