Money Hungry 2/24/2012

I will never go back to this rude Veterinary Hospital again...I took my dog in to get medicine for her thyroid and a blood test...The doctor told me she needed to get some other test done because she is a senior dog. I told her she just had senior exam done 5 months ago and it cost me over $500 then...I told her that I just wanted a thyroid panel done and that’s it. She then just got rude and mad at me. I left and went to another Vet that is not just looking at dollars signs every time you bring your dog in. If I could give 0 stars I would... more

excellent work from the vet 2/21/2012

I am truly appreciative of your friendly and helpful staff. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Murphy since my dog's condition is complex and Dr. Murphy manages it very well. She is the first doctor to understand this disease and is able to explain it to me so that I can understand it. This is so important for the treatment of all patients both animal and human. more

I can't say enough about your service and staff. You have been very accommodating when we have had to our board our dog and you take excellent care of him. I know that I do not have to worry about him while he is in your care. Everyone there is very friendly and I have had no problems with anyone. I am very happy that I found you guys and that you were willing to take on my pets as patients. more

Saved My Cat's Life 2/6/2012

Dr. Jeff saved my cat's life by recognizing congestive heart failure and providing the necessary medicine immediately. At 15 years old we thought she would continue to decline but with the special diet suggested by Dr. Jeff & continued medication program, she is thriving and acting half her age. more

Made Me Feel Comfortable 1/31/2012

I was a new, 1st time dog owner when I first went to Schaumburg Vet. The connection they have with the dogs made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. more

Schaumburg Animal hospital 1/9/2011

I was at schaumburg animal hospital many times and i find the staff curtious and efficient. Specilaly i like Dr Ihsan ullah and Dr Randhawa. Both are excellent. I highly recomend this place to pet owners. more

Wonderful and Caring 12/19/2010

I have been to the vet a few times and have received excellent care each time. We have also used the groomer and she is wonderful. This last time I had to have my older dog put to sleep due to illness and the entire staff was very understanding during our difficult time. It is great they are now 24/7. more

Follow-up 8/28/2010

To lee b.\r \r It is unforturnate to hear that your pet that was boarded at Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital "got away" from their facility and that you received a call in the middle of the night with no explanation. The staff at SVH is happy to know that he/she is alive and safe, however, in response to this encounter there are a couple of questions that we would like to have verified. Since our facility just opened 24 hrs on August 2nd and the staff that works the emergency shift made no such phone call in evidence to this particular incident, we would like to know whom you talked to and when did this occurrance take place? more

worried 8/7/2010

Our family dog was boarded at Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital and the dog got away from the animal hospital. They called in the middle of the night with no explanation as to how she got out the door and had no idea when she got out. We ended up looking for our dog with no help from the animal hospital. Our dog ended up crossing Route 53 and was in Elk Grove !! Lucky to be alive; and never boarding my dogs there again. more

Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital is AWESOME!! 8/25/2009

Each time my family takes a vacation we board our Toy Poodle, Dallas, with the Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital and the staff is great! Dallas is always happy when we pick him up and they do an excellent job grooming him too. They have affordable prices and provide many services. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks for all you do Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital - You're the best! more

Schaumburg Vet Hospital--- Best Service Ever! 11/18/2008

I recently was in need of a new vet for my 3 dogs and 2 cats. We had been going to about 4 area vet hospitals and just couldn't find a vet hospital that we liked.. Until my friend Steve told me to try Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital. One trip there, and I was sold. Dr. Randhawa was very knowledgable and understanding. He answered all of my questions and even offered suggestions for my pets that I hadn't brought in yet. The vet assistants that worked with him were so friendly and really made my pets feel loved and comfortable. I even recently tried their boarding facility when I had to take an unexpected trip to Canada for business. They were very welcoming even though I called a day before I had to leave. They boarded all 5 of my pets and they came back clean and not smelling like animals for once. I definitely won't go anywhere else again. Schaumburg Vet Hospital gets 5 stars in book!!! I highly reccommend them to everyone in need of a superb animal hospital!!!! more

Four Stars for Schaumburg Vet! 11/18/2008

I don't usually board my two dogs here, but I needed to take a last minuet trip and my regular kennel was full. Schaumburg Vet was able to board my dogs and even called my regular veterinarian for their records. more

I used them all the times, they have low prices in boarding, grooming, and vaccinations. They had given me a tour of the new hospital which is well nicely well done. The works are very sweet and will help you out with any question you have. Everyone there will help you as much they can to help you with your pet. I who highly recommend them to everyone more

I would not recommend this to anyone! they tell you they walk them twice a day do not show you the kennel, and I picked up my dog who smelled like feces (he was groomed two days before i had to leave him there). When I got picked him up his paws were wet? they claim he got into mud? it was a sunny monday morning, was he lying in feces most of the weekend? I'll never know, so upset more
