It is unforturnate to hear that your pet that was boarded at Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital "got away" from their facility and that you received a call in the middle of the night with no explanation. The staff at SVH is happy to know that he/she is alive and safe, however, in response to this encounter there are a couple of questions that we would like to have verified. Since our facility just opened 24 hrs on August 2nd and the staff that works the emergency shift made no such phone call in evidence to this particular incident, we would like to know whom you talked to and when did this occurrance take place?
