We took are puppy to povar for vaccination and a general check up, they ordered stool sample and we were told the results came back positive for a parasite call GIARDIA which can be transfer to humans, and the treatment was 2 types of antibiotic for 5 days and strict hygiene and isolation of the dog, after the treatment we were told that a second stool sample was necessary to check again for the parasite and when they have the results they will give us a call and we brought them the second stool sample, they did not call back about the results and they knew that the dog was still in isolation waiting for the results, we got tired of waiting and called them, one of the receptionist answer and told us that the test was negative and we were very please, a couple of day later we got a phone call from Povar telling us that the dog was positive for GIARDIA and that the prescription was ready.
