my wonderful experience 8/5/2010

I called to schedule an appointment because my cat went mia for 3 days and when he returned, he had several bite wounds and was swollen all over. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to. They were able to get me in a timely manner and helped me to feel at ease which is exactly what I needed at that time. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. They were well versed and took very good care of my kitty and for that I am very grateful. Dr Hille went above and beyond his call of duty!! I wish MY DOCTOR offered the same level of care!!!! more

Great Hospital and Staff 8/4/2010

My dog was having a skin problem and no matter what I did I could not get his weight down. He was beginning to look like a table top! Dr Black worked with me on his treatment and he and his nurse Susan kept me informed every step of the way. We found out that no the neighbors wern't sneaking him bon bons he has a thyroid condition. He is now on medication and seems more energetic, happier, and yes the weight is coming off. Skin looks better, too. Great place more

Best veterinarians in Dallas 6/13/2010

I have taken my cat to Dr. Black for several years. He has always been compassionate and educated me about my options. When he has not been available on my schedule I have seen his associates. There is not a doctor in that practice who is not kind, compassionate & willing to take the time to care for my kitty and to educate me so that I can make the best decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pros: Excellent customer service, outstanding medical care Cons: None! more

Park Cities Animal Hospital 6/10/2010

Took my dog for an anuual checkup. After being led to an exam room, the assistant took my dog. I sat alone for 40 minutes until I got up and went to the receptionist to ask what was going on. She said my dog had been examined and that they were cutting her pheno pills ($10.00 charge). When checking out, the vet finally showed up and handed me a stack of papers with the exam results. Pros: There are none! Cons: Expensive and always trying sell some kind of lab test. more

Best Vet In Dallas 11/12/2006

Dr. Waller is the most caring, thoughtful and smart vet I have ever met. She takes the time to know both the animal and the pet. The first time we met Dr. Waller, she spent over an hour getting to know us and our precious puppy, Buddy. She encouraged us to ask questions; and when she didn't know the answer, she asked one of the other doctors or looked it up. more
