My cat would gag once in a while and although I thought that was normal, and I brought him to Deer Creek just to make sure he was okay. All of his vitals seemed fine but my vet, Dr. Kuschel, felt like something else was going on. After some blood work and other tests, they told me that something was not right with his spleen. They recommended removal and after the surgery, they told me that his spleen was enlarged to the point that it had rips in it and there was internal bleeding. He has a new lease on life and is acting 10 years younger now.
The whole staff is friendly, professional and geniune. They are also human and sometimes have a bad day. Don't we all. To work in an animal hospital has to be heartbreaking and very stressful at times. I would highly recommend Deer Creek.
Over the years I have brought in stray and hurt animals to Deer Creek and they have donated their time and care to them and on top of that, helped to find them great homes.
I cannot say enough about Deer Creek. They are the best of the best!
