Overall, this is a very good veterinary practice. I've liked all of the vets who have seen my cat. They all seemed very knowledgeable and professional. However, there are problems that I have with this place. I've noticed every time we go there, the front desk staff is very busy, between answering calls and helping people who are coming in. When we have an appointment, we usually get in very quickly. However, if I just walk in to pick up a bag of cat food that I ordered, I sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to just run into the back and grab the food for me. Also, when I call, I'm sometimes put on hold for long periods of time. If they had more staff, I don't think this would be such a problem. I routinely have to order special prescription cat food from them, and it's gotten to be such a hassle whenever I call to order it and whenever I go to pick it up. At the time I'm writing this, my cat's food has been back-ordered for 3 weeks, she's now completely out of food, and basi
