I was looking for some new jewelry and stumbled across Vampfangs. I called to see if they could point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. In short I ended up getting a bunch of stuff. They walked me through the process and I got my stull in like 2 days! Awesome! I got some of the body oils. Tough call buying oils online since you cant smell them. I am so happy with them! I don't understand how some people have had trouble. My experience was perfect. I am now a loyal customer. 1 week before Halloween: Purchased 2 pairs of fangs; both pairs are charged to my credit card. 2 days before Halloween: 1 pair of fangs arrive; I go to the site to find the number to call to find out about the other pair and am advised that the site has closed down for Halloween. WTF? 1 week after Halloween: Site is back up. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later. Lodge a complaint ticket. 2 weeks after Halloween: Hear nothing back. Click through to track my complaint and am advised that the ticket number (the number that THEY sent me via email) is invalid. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later. 3 weeks after Halloween: Hear nothing back. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later. 3.5 weeks after Halloween: Call bank and claim fraudulent charge on credit card. These guys are total scammers. My fangs from Vampfangs completely made my costume! They arrived in just 3 days. I had trouble fitting them and the owner took the time to walk me through it personally over the phone. So this one-man-show puts up a good website and sells his wares, but he's careless and sends me the wrong product. To get a refund or exchange, Scott Smiledge (the professed owner) expects me to pay the shipping to return this item because he screwed up. Oh yea, the BBB logo on his website? Forget it! According to the BBB's website, he's not a BBB member, in fact, they give him an F. Live chat also doesn't really exist--it's ALWAYS offline. His phone number works, and while he gets points for the hokey vampire imitation on the voice mail system, you'll never talk to a live person. Kinda funny that you won't find his address on either his website or the receipt..... Isn't putting your Halloween costume supposed to be fun?
