This place was recommended by StateFarm for a liability claim. Took my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder in to get body work done on the driver side rear door and tire rim. Dropped off on Monday and by Wednesday it was ready! more

My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Infiniti M45, we still had paper plates on it. We got hit by somebody and it messed up the front end. We both thought that the car was never gonna be the same as it was when we picked it up. But to our suprise Donny and his staff made certain it was. They assisted us with the insurance part of it and also the rental car. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone, as a matter of fact I have already told my neighbor about them. They will keep your car for weeks (it seems that everything is on backorder).They will use as many of your old parts that they can get away with and bill the insurance company for new parts. They also used my rental car after I had dropped it off at the shop ( the car rental people said they are notorious for this). This is one business to avoid at all costs. more

UPDATED: I have been going to this shop for years! They are are best. Donny is an excellent owner and will do what he can to ensure your have a great experience with the flexibility you need. Been going there for 5 years! I took my 2006 BMW here twice since February 2007 and got excellent service. First off, I was given a good deal and accurate quote both times by Donny Jr. I was told exactly what was going to be done on the car both times it was serviced. He's great about explaining what's wrong with the car and what his meticulous team wil do. Upon walking in the second time after 5 months, some of his colleagues even remembered my name and were extremely courteous. Delivery was prompt and Donny made sure I was informed as to the progress of my car. The color match was just perfect and the body work made the car look new again...like I never had an accident both times. I trust his judgement like my dad's. He has a sharp eye for repair and refuses to see a client leave his office unsatified with what they expected. V & V has made a lifetime customer out of me. I will highly recommend family and friends there. You just don't find service and price like this anymore in the business, so his efforts, work and courtesy are above the rest. Most likely the best body shop in Houston. In addition, Donny has been recommended as the body shop of choice by a few luxury dealerships in the area. You know how picky luxury car drivers can be --- he surpasses their expectations. I see many pick up their cars there with a huge grin on their face from the great work Donny and his team did. Pros: Honest, thorough, GEICO onsite, will work to your expectations, 3rd party surveyed by Good Housekeeping (97%), in house paint mixer for perfect matching Cons: Location off college is sketchy - BUT all cars are kept in the shop! So don't be alarmed. more
