Some of their staff are disrespectful and lack knowledge of the services they provide. They have no idea of good customer service. I am, quite frankly, disgusted.

I moved to Tarzana 4 years ago. Love the city but not the local Tarzana post office. There is one employee named Thung that is creepy and rude. She lacks the skill to communicate with people. Every time I have shipped a package Thung jacks up the price, can't seem to understand the sentence...."" I only want the cheapest rate to ship."" Thung you are lucky you have a job. And, try to respect other people. Being pleasant WILL NOT KILL YOU. more
