This company is one of Home Depot's contractors for flooring installation. I was guaranteed that the carpet would be installed within 3 days. US Installation scheduled us 7 days out. They did not honor Home Depot's guarantee or follow their policies and when asked about it, they said ""those are Home Depot's policies not ours"". Normally this would not be that big of an issue, but this is a rental home and tenants were scheduled to move in. They had movers scheduled, had vacated the home they were in and had nowhere to go for 2 days.. US Installers attitude was more of ?not our problem?
They were very rude, not willing to even attempt to work with me on getting our carpet installed in a timely manner. They called the morning of the installation (4 days late) at 7:30am and said they were on their way, they called back at 9:00am and said they were on the way, the showed up at 1:00pm and took 4 hours to install 2 small bedrooms.
This cost us $100?s of dollars because we had to compensate our tenant since our home was not available for them to move it.
If you buy flooring through Home Depot, insist on a different installer.. If they won't use a different installer, go to Lowes.. Stay away from US Installation.
