I just started going to Urban Nirvana on James Island and Olivia did my hair, it was so nice to finally have someone do exactly what i asked for to my hair. She highlighted my hair bright blonde and cut it and i loved it she was very attentive and professional and knows what shes doing! i highly recomend Olivia Williams the next time you go to Urban Nirvana shes awesome! more

Ive been seeing Meredith at Urban Nirvana for a couple years now, when i came to her my hair was so damaged from another ""top rated"" salon and with her professional experience and care, it is now long beautiful and healthier than ever before!! I will never trust anyone else with my hair! I love her and always enjoy my time spent at the salon! more

Urban Nirvana Hair 5/17/2010

I had my hair highlighted and cut by a stylist at Urban Nirvana Hair and it has been the worse color and cut I have ever had in all my 20 yrs of hair services. I am not sure if the girl was straight out of school but my hair says she was. I called to let manager know I was unhappy and she stated that she could put me with someone else. I agreed and came in a few days later the other girl then proceeded to darker hair color in my hair and it then grabbed a blue/green color. I was so embarrased I left sobbing. I don't know how this salon charges the prices that they do and get away with it. Shame on me! Pros: Great Shopping Plaza Cons: Horrible Customer Service more
