I encourage NO ONE to shop here. My reason? This past Saturday, March 24th 2012, I went to exchange a tub of unopened kinky curly curling custard because I found it at TARGET on 119th and blackbob for $8.48 the advertised shelf price, not a sale price! At Urban beauty the same exact product retails for $16.99. What a big difference, huh? I entered the store to find about 10 people waiting in line to pay for their merchandise by the only employee in the entire store and I was fine with waiting because she obviously had no help, which is the fault of the tactlessly rude owner of the store for not hiring more help. After getting in line to exchange the product for another, the owner walks in and DID NOT greet a single person waiting in line, he DID NOT offer to help his struggling employee to check out customers because he is way too cheap to put another register in his growing business (TIME TO UPGRADE, DUH). Instead he walks behind the counter where he stood there with a puzzled look on his face and told me that the product I brought to exchange looked like it had been opened. RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How are you going to accuse a paying customer of returning an opened product without even taking the time to observe it yourself? Even after the employee behind the register showed him that it wasn't opened, he continued to argue with me about how he THOUGHT it was open.
