Uptown Bridal & Boutique

I had a great experience at Uptown Bridal & Boutique! It was recommended to me by a friend who got her wedding dress there as well. I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning and my mom and I were the only people there for most of the appointment, so all attention and eyes were on me :) Ali was awesome and helped me into all the dresses, all my mom had to do was sit on the couch and wait to see me. It was so relaxed. Ali had me try on various veils with each dress to give the completed look. I was able to try on 2 or 3 of the dresses I liked a 2nd time to compare again. The dresses were unique and much higher quality than dresses I tried on elsewhere. Ultimately I purchased by dress from Uptown Bridal and could not be more thrilled with me decision! They have called me back in regards to various questions. I would recommend this shop to any bride! Pros: unique styles more

I really hate to nit pick, but I was recomended to this shop and there were just a few things that bothered me. This shop was really cute and in a cute location for being in Chandler. But once I got past the cuteness, I wasn't left with much. The staff was also cute, but not knoweldgable AT ALL about what fabric the dress was or where it was made. I think every dress I tried on was made in China. I feel like wedding dress shop owners should be very knowledgable. I would say that this shop has a little better dresses than Suzannes, but no where near as knowledgable. Pros: very cute decor Cons: not astounding dresses inexperienced staff more
