Seem to be honest 9/6/2013

I have had no luck with mechanics. Many seem not do the job all the way. I was told what needed to be done and given a quote at Upstate Imports. They were honest where I could of been charged for the quote and was charged for the work done. They were honest and I respect this because many people are not honest in the world today. more

Jeff Thomas has assembled the "dream team" of automotive professionals who specialize in high line vehicles. I have my 2007 Saab 9-3 serviced by Upstate Imports, and I also recently had Jeff and Co. inspect a Volvo SUV that I am considering. The customer service experience is excellent, and the mechanical service and advisement that I routinely experience gives me peace of mind. I cannot ask for anything more. I recommend this shop without hesitation. more

Great service but one big glitch this time 7/30/2013

I was pleased with the service on my car as always but I was disappointed that since I had to pick up my car after hours, I asked them to lock the key inside. When I arrived that evening, the car was not locked as we had agreed. more
