Upscale Consignment Furniture & Decor

I love having this store near my home! I have purchased dining room furniture and a TV console from them, at different times. They have great quality items, and fabulous service. I like that the price drops every few weeks, so I can pick up items at the price I like. I had some furniture delivered by them, and the service for that was fine. If you buy used furniture, and don't want to drive all over the Metro area, this is the place! more

When we lived in Oregon City we would stop and wonder around your store every weekend. We simply could not wait to see what new items were being shown. We have purchased a woman's watch, framed art work, a cabinet and a beautiful curio cabinet for our new home in Vancouver. We also go on line to view showroom inventory hoping to find the perfect piece of furniture or art work to add to what we have already purchased. Everyone is looking for low prices and with your 10/2 pricing on most used items you can watch the price fall 10% every two weeks but don't wait if you really love what you see because someone may be willing to pay for it right then, that is how we lost out on a beautiful dinning set. You will find something that you never even thought about buying before due to your large variety of inventory. I highly recommend your Consignment store to everyone looking for something special that you will never find at a thrift store. You and your staff are always willing to help and answer any questions we have and when we were ready to load our items in the truck you helped us there too. I have purchased a few items over the years for my home, our office and Mt Hood Vacation Rentals. I have always received good quality items and friendly service. The prices are a bit higher than a Craig's List item, however, I have gone on a lot of wild goose chases following up on Craig's List stuff. The photos and descriptions are accurate and it feels safe to show up at their store instead of someone's apartment. more

I went to Upscale because I read the reviews on them and believed they would be comparable in price and good customer service. I had seen online a Linville area rug 5x7 that was in excellent condition, I purchased it, bought it over the phone(I live 60 miles away from their location). I went to pick it up was hassled and needed to show ID, not quite sure why I had the reciept, then waited out in the freezing tempature while it took them forever to open the doors to load. I then went online and found the exact same rug color, size and everything for 149.00. Shame on me for not doing my homework first as far as pricing, will I go back......no way! My review, unfriendly customer service and overpriced product. more

I have purchased several items over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like that their inventory can be viewed online...such a time-saver! I recently purchased a bookcase and everyone that has seen it wants to know where I found it. I always say the same thing...this great consignment store in Gladstone, Upscale Consignment. more

Thumps up for this hi-end consignment shop! If you're looking for a place to sell your furniture etc. this is the place to go. I have consigned at other shops in and out of state and have to say this place has it together. They are friendly, efficient and professional. There's never any guessing as to whether your items have sold. Simply, go to their web site and look up your account. There you will find the item you have for sale, the amount its selling for and when it gets sold. There payment method is also right on, no waiting, no excuses....your payment arrives in the mail exactly when its suppose to. Very Reliable! more

I love the shop. You forget when you're in here that it's second hand shop because their furniture is so clean and everything is in very good condition, I never get a creepy feeling. I live out in Sandy, OR, and it's absolutely worth the drive to come in here. My mom moved out to West Linn and she even drove out here to check it out after I got my sofa here. more

After shopping for recliners in several stores and online, we finallhy decided to try checking at Upscale. We found exactly what we were looking for at very low prices. They were in perfect condition and those who have been to our home ask when we got the ""new"" recliners. We have purchased a sofa with down cushions and a few other nice pieces. I don't know why there was the very negative comment written - unless it was just a fluke. The store has recently started selling fine jewelry and I'm anxious to check it out often. more

I really do not know what they mean by Upscale Consignment. This place is hardly upscale. It is more like Goodwill or Salvation Army. I found a chair that was the same price used as it was new from a big box retailer. more

We bought a new house last fall, and I have been slowly decorating it with pieces I find at consigment stores. I always check out their website daily. Love that they have their inventory online. It makes it so much easier than having to go to the store to check out what's new. We bought a painting that fits perfectly with our decor, and the house. Everyone loves it. I will be back to buy other items I am sure. Their customer service is very good. more

I moved from SF in October and had a consignment store I loved there. I went to check out Upscale Consignment without any expectations and found both furniture and decorative pieces for my new apartment. They also have a delivery company they work with that can usual deliver the same day!! Pros: Friendly Service, Reasonable Cons: Wish it was closer to Portland more
