Up-State Hearing Instruments

Working with Tom Wood and the team at Upstate Hearing Instruments has been a great experience. This is my third set of hearing aids, so I do have something to compare with. Tom was great to work with, very direct and helpful in answering my questions, and very patient in allowing me to try three sets of demos before deciding which gave me the best hearing experience. I'm extremely happy with the hearing aids I settled on, and am hearing better than I've heard in years. I'm also blown away with the new Bluetooth technology which allows me to use my hearing aids for music and calls from my iPhone with clarity that is as good or better than any headset I have ever used, and I've tried a bunch. Very friendly with personal care and service. Ken does a great job and he went the extra mile setting me up with my third pair of hearing aids from Up State. Love the ability to call and get in if I need them cleaned or for a check up. more
