Originally this was a two man run professional establishment with excellent customer service. Then the better half left and now it is a poor run business with no customer service. First I bring my computer in for service, and I am told he will get back to me by the next day to advise me of what the problem is. I never received any updated call. I checked on status three dates later and was told he would get back to me in another day, again no call. Two days later I visited Up and Running asking for an update and was greeted rudely by what I was told was the owners brother and told there was no update available and the owner was not avaiilable. I expressed my unhappy concerns, and later that day was called by owner stating my computers problems, and no apology on why he has not called me after over a week. I have him replace what needs to be replaced, because at this point my computer is taken apart. As before I have to inquire on status on computer AGAIN! From beginnning to end the ongoing ordeal took 4 weeks. After almost three weeks I get computer back. The last week in a half was more waiting on an answer I could have received in a few days stating what might be salvaged on my old hard drive. I walked in and asked for my harddrive and asked what he salvaged. The owner said nothing. In closing when Up and Running opened with the two owners they were excellent, but those days are over.\r
