Glad I was able to order from them -- they aren't always a delivery option when I check GrubHub. The Caesar salad is excellent. The Alfredo pasta is good but be prepared to have some dry noodles by the time it arrives. Pizza is awesome. Quesadilla is horrible -- dry, very little cheese and overall lacking. My first few orders came w plastic cutlery. Now you get food. Period. If you aren't at home I guess you need to ask for a fork to eat pasta with... I'll be ordering from them again. Just not certain items. :) more

Unfortunately The Food at Uno's Chicago Grill Was Not Good. 4/2/2009

I would definitely have to say that I did not have a good experience. The food was not good, because I'm sure a hot entree is actually supposed to be hot and our waitress was not friendly. Also the bar crowd is very rude and wanted to fight everyone that walked in the room. Not a very comfortable setting to be in. Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: bad good, not clean, rude staff more

Just get pizza - forget entrees as food quality is very very inconsistent and frequently undercooked when place is busy. Pros: convenient Cons: inconsistent quality more
