Whatever you believe that these two paragraphs are telling you, think the exact opposite. Complete garbage more

I hope to god that you read this before you attempt to purchase anything from University Florist. After 2 purchases form University Florist, I finally figured out that their company is pure garbage. My first purchase went very smoothly and was relatively easy, however, when the recipient of the flowers received what I had sent, they were nothing like what I had purchased. In fact, it was an entirely wrong and even more hideous arrangement. Oh well, mistakes happen, right? WRONG!!!! This year I went through the same processes because although they messed up my order I enjoyed the ease of the website and surely no company could be so incompetent as to destroy another one of my orders. Well come valentines day, they do not screw up my order, but instead they deliver what looked rotting road kill in a vase. If a flower wasn't dead, it hadn't even opened up yet. And if it weren't enough that my order was atrocious, I have it on good word that at least 5 other orders from University Fl more

I recently ordered an arrangement from University Florist from there website tel flora...when the recipient of the flowers received them they were totally different. Not at all as pretty as the ones I thought I was paying for, and furthermore the vase was a cheap basic dime store one (not the one shown on the website). I specifically unclicked when ordering the flowers the "SUBSTITUTIONS TO MADE" tab because I didn't want any substitutions made....well they decided for me that substitutions would be made. Beware if ordering from University Florist, my business as well as my friends and family will always go to Oxford Floral from now on. more

UF is off the Square but tries to keep up with the merchants that are actually ON the Square. Their store is very junked up and their arrangements are not unique and leave a lot to be desired. And they are far too pricey. I do not, and will not, go there. PROS: CONS: junky, pricey, not unique at all more
