I decided to get new tires because winter's coming soon enough and I just wanted to get it out of the way. They gave me some options and let me make my decision with no pressure for something more expensive. It was great dealing with a place that listens to what you're saying. I would go back again. more

I have been taking my vehicles to University Auto for a few years now. The team of technicians are always thorough with the repairs needed, but I have never felt that an unnecessary repair was made. The pricing for labor is competitive and very reasonable. I have always been able to get my vehicles in to be repaired in a timely fashion. Great work all around. more

When I had a problem with my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse I took it to University Auto. Randy and the rest of the guys were extremely helpful for finding the problem with the wiring in my car. It didn’t even take a day and I was back on the road. Thanks again. more

My car was making some weird noises and I stopped here to have it checked. It ended up being just a loose bolt and they fixed it right there at no charge! It was so nice of them to do that! Such great service. They could have told me it was something expensive but they didn't. I would definitely trust them with some real repair work! more

I have been a University Auto Service customer for over some 20+ years. With all of my visits, I have found them to be very thorough with inspecting my vehicles. I almost always go with Jerry’s recommendations. His vehicle inspections are very thorough, and that’s why I go see Jerry. I’d rather be safe than sorry and up to date on any preventative measures I can take. more

Before I took my Nissan to University Auto Service, a different shop quoted me $600 more for my brake job!! University Auto charged me less and offered me an excellent extended warranty plan. Jerry and his staff treated me with the utmost hospitality. I will recommend all my friends and to give them a call. Keep up the great work! more

I have been burned, and I was sketchy about taking my vehicle into any shop. Through word of mouth and high recommendations I was told about them and how I would be taken care of. I’m so glad I went to see them, not only did he save me money but also showed me my wear and tear of my brake issues and other recommendations. Thanks a ton for taking care of me! more

They saved me! I was stranded after my car broke down and got a tow to their shop. They figured out the problem and gave me some options. I had my car back by the end of the day and I'm very happy with the experience. I'll definitely come back here next time I need them. more

I was pretty shocked with my first experience, kind of felt like an idiot because when my friend referred me I was stressed about how I was going to pay for the repairs. Turned out it was just some top offs I needed and the weird noises from my wheel was from something I ran over. Because the fixes were so cheap and they did a full diagnoses on my car with nothing wrong, I'm going to come here every time I feel something isn't right. more

It's taken a while for me to write this review but when winter was coming up I wanted to make sure the tires were still good on my car (and possibly look into snow tires). I heard about University Auto Service so it was the first stop on my list. After looking around I was impressed by their prices and how honest and genuine they were. They actually said it wasn't vital for me to have them changed immediately but I was correct, when winter rolls around I'm going to have to be safe and get some new ones on there. I knew this place was the real deal so I didn't hesitate to give them my business instead of some other slimy place that thrives off making that dollar, no matter the cost to others. I will be doing the same as many others by highly recommending Univ. Auto to anyone in need of car maintenance. I can only hope there are more honest people out there like them. more

My car was making an odd noise, and I remember not too long ago my co-worker spoke with me about a new shop he had found so I figured I'd try them out. And very surprisingly University turned out to go beyond my expectations. They were super friendly, and only told me what I needed to fix. Everything ran super affordable and I will be using them for my regular maintenance. more

I went in to University Auto Service to get an oil change and they really went above and beyond to show great customer service. With something as small as an oil change, they washed my windows and vacuumed out my car! Everyone there was pleasant and wasn't trying to up-sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received and would recommend them to anyone! more

I would not be back again. 3/14/2012

Having seen good review online, I went there to change oil. They first charged me $42 for because it includes visiual inspection. After I presented their coupon, which should be included in $19.99 category, they lowered it to $35. The money is not big deal, but I have never paid more than $30 for oil change, every of which included with visiual inspection. I am the new customer to them and will not be anymore. I don't like anyone who is not honest. more
