I ORGINIALLY SCHDULED AN OIL CHANGE, BUT WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY APPOINTMENT THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. The salesman, Tracy Davis, was a pleasure to work with. He made the buying experience easy and told me about all the features of the Kia Soul. He only had the type Souls brought out for me to drive, that I told him I was interested in and within my price range. There was no pressure, like some salesman, and he kept trying to get me a deal I could live with. He treated me like a great friend, not just a customer. I would highly recommend using Tracy Davis, if you want a Kia! more

Marc Roberts was my sales associate. He was knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and able to answer any questions. When I came in I knew I liked the Soul but wanted a used one. He worked with that then showed me the new one and I was sold. He was kind, thorough and very informative. Went out of his way to answer any question I had, silly or not, and spent a big portion of the afternoon showing me how things worked. Very good experience, I will recommend him for sure. more

Carlos answered all of my questions and knew exactly the car I was looking for. The first car I drove was the one I wanted. We also drove another car but I liked the Rio. He explained everything about the Rio in detail and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I got from my sales consultant. I was lucky that the Sales Manager Tim directed me to Carlos. Everyone at Universal was great! I will refer all my friends there!\r more

Tracy Davis welcomed us with opened hands. He made the process very easy and fun for my wife and I. We told him want me wanted and what we was looking to spend on a car and he made it happen with no hassles at all. It was the first time we had a sales associate not act like a sales associate and was there for us not his pocket book.
