Carlos answered all of my questions and knew exactly the car I was looking for. The first car I drove was the one I wanted. We also drove another car but I liked the Rio. He explained everything about the Rio in detail and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I got from my sales consultant. I was lucky that the Sales Manager Tim directed me to Carlos. Everyone at Universal was great! I will refer all my friends there!\r
