Wow, where do I start? We drove 11.5 hours to the dealership because of the price of the unit we were looking to purchase. The price was good, but everything else was a nightmare. I am a 1st time RV owner and I knew more about the unit then the owner. The unit sat on the lot for 5 weeks and he still did not have a clue on basic questions about the unit or how appliances worked. They had made so many errors on the bill of sale, the DMW would not except the document. We tried for a month to get a new bill of sale and United RV was too incompetent to put a piece of paper in the mail. The “claimed” they had sent the document 3 different times. I know the US Postal system is not the best, but they would not have lost or sent 3 letters to the wrong address. Needless to say, our temporary tag expired and we were unable to use our RV for over a week. We also had to cancel a weeklong trip because of the clowns that work at this place. I would have gladly paid another $1500 to purchase an RV closer to our home with a company that can perform minor tasks ie complete a document correctly. Horrible-Horrible customer service and basically incompetent. STAY AWAY!!!
