Eli from this garage door company saved the day. I had filed a claim with my home warranty and they sent out some hack of a garage door repair guy. The guy was shady and dishonest and was clearly out to do as little work as possible for his payment from the home warranty company. He didn't fix my problem (the receiver wasn't sensing the remotes) and just tried to tape two wires together to make the receiver longer. I finally had it and told the home warranty not to send these people back into my house and they sent this company garage door service to the rescue. Now only if they had sent them in the first place... Eli was awesome. Knowledgeable, polite, kind, helpful and willing to help. He even amused me by saying hello to my children who wanted to see "the man in the garage". He quickly and painlessly saved the day! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company garage door service again. In fact in the next couple of years we plan on upgrading our door to a carriage door and I will definitely be calling this company! more

I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, this company Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!! more

After reading the Google and the internet reviews I decided to go with this garage door company I found the person who answered the phone to be both courteous and professional. When John was on his way (looks like Steven is expanding), he called me well in advance, which was really nice. Fixed my broken spring and bent rails. He even talked me into going with a lower priced option (one spring as opposed to two). He also gave me some awesome maintenance tips on how to keep the springs going and more advice than I asked for (but was happy to have) on the overall state of the garage door system including the motor, etc. The price was fair--I know I could have paid less for JUST a spring repair, but I'm really happy to keep passionate professionals in business and not risk being delayed again by a bum garage door. My garage door broke today and I thought boy I'm going to get screwed for the repair work since I don't have any experience with any good garage door repair service in the past. I found this garage door company on the internet and was impressed with so many positive feedback. I called this garage door company and Barney picked up the call. He was able to come to the house within 30 minutes and fixed my garage door! Barney not only fixed the door, he also adjusted the alignment and double and triple checked to make sure all parts of the garage door are functioning. He was very detailed and had a great attitude. He didn't even charge me for the parts he replaced. Overall I was very happy with the service and thanks to all reviews for the recommendation of this garage Door Company and Barney. :-) more

I called this company after a fourth attempt to have my garage door opener repaired by a Sear's technician who obviously did not know what he was doing. I received the same day service from this company who sent a young man named Mike who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided great guidance along with service the way it used to be in this country. I cannot say how pleased I was with the experience of having this company satisfactory handle the problem with my garage door opener. more

Gave us a 1 hour window which was way better than the other guys 6 hour windows. Came on time and finished the garage door opener replacement much quicker than we thought it would take. Have been using it for over a week and no problems. Also this is the 2nd time he had come over the first he tuned up the garage door free of charge while we were still sorting out what we were going to do. The prices were just about the same as home depot but we got a better quality machine. more

After seeing the 5-star rating averaged out over 5+ reviews, I gave this garage door repair company a call and they were out the next day. They did such a great job, and for such a reasonable fee, that they restored some of my wife's flagging faith in repair and service companies.
