If there is a sale you cannot try clothes on 11/11/2009

I have been going there for awhile now and up to this point, I thought they were alright. Today (11-11-09) I went there and they taped all their dressing room doors shut. I asked if I could try on some clothes and the cashier said no we closed our dressing rooms. I asked if I could bring them back if they didn't fit and she said no. I asked why are the rooms closed and she told me they always close them for sales. I have never heard of such a thing, but that was the last time I'm going there. Sale or no sale I should be able to try on clothes before I buy them, so I know if they fit or not. Cons: customer service more

Great Selection if you can deal with dirty store and rude employees. 12/7/2008

This store has the best selection of good clothes that I have seen in a thrift shop. However, the employees are consistently rude. I have shopped there on 5 different occasions and have had bad dealings with employees on four of the occasions. If you don't need to interact with the employees and just do your shopping, chances are that you will have a pleasant experience except for check-out. The store is very dirty and smells very bad right when you go in the doors. If you decide to brave it, bring disinfectant hand wipes....trust me! Pros: great clothing, good parking Cons: dirty store, rude employees more

Don't take your diaper bag or purse with you in this store. Or be accused of Stealing 5/6/2007

I have been accused of stealing twice in the same visit to this store. Because I had a diaper bag with me. They claimed that a customer saw me place something in my bag. They requested and searched my bag twice while I was shopping. When my daughter hurt her lip and we needed a towel to clean it, we were told by the manager that we were not welcome in the back of the store with the employee helping us. Pros: Great selection. Usually can find what you are looking for. Parking is good. Cons: Not the cleanest store in town. Bathrooms are dirty and gross. Employees accuse you of stealing and search your hand bags and diaper bags while shopping. Managment is snotty and rude. more
