So, moving is not a fun activity by any means. It is up there with getting your teeth fixed. In fact, I vaguely remember some saying about how it is up there with divorce and death on the level of stress involved. Living in Silver Spring for the past 15 years now, I have lost count of how many times I have moved already. . I have had some dozen of experiences with moving companies over the years so this time, instead of just randomly finding one online as I have in the past - I asked around for suggestions. Happily, my friend referred me to these guys. I was so nicely surprised when manager of Union of DC movers,Mike was not only friendly and professional, but also gave me the lowest price around and was able to suggest some money-saving tips too to make my move easier. Later on, on the scheduled date of the move, the guys actually showed up ON TIME and WORKED QUICKLY. Everything was packed up precisely and nothing was broken or missing.
