Since moving here, I have found quality has gone down, but prices keep going up. The staff are nice and they really try to make the experience enjoyable. The food is hit/miss. I wouldn't necessarily call it authentic\r chinese food. more

If you eat microwaved food, including instant Ramen noodles with heavy sauce, you might like Uncle Tai's.\r \r This used to be a good restaurant, but now is an over-sauced, bland, cafeteria that passes for Chinese food. If you've ever eaten authentic Chinese food, you will hate this place. more

Lo Mein was a little greasy, but was the best I've had in the area yet with the freshest shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Inside is really dated but in a fun way. Very authentic but definitely bring your wallet! Service was pretty gruff and slightly rushed. I wouldn't go out of my way again, but overall it was really fresh piping hot authentic Cantonese food for a hefty price! more

My husband and I went there for his birthday. We had told them multiple times it was for his birthday and they did nothing. We then got our food , we were so hungry from the wait, we did not care that the food was not that good. The fried rice was not cooked and the chicken and broccoli only had two pieces of broccoli. The food was nothing special. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. more

this business sells shark fin items on their menu! i urge all of you out there to please not patronize restaurants that continue to serve shark fin items! do not be part of the problem, be part of the solution!!! do not let the ocean's ecosystem be destroyed by the senseless finning of sharks for a bowl of soup! get ur dim sum somewhere else, there are plenty of places.. more

I gave them another try after many months of staying away. The early bird/sunset meal is a good deal, appetizer/soup plus salad, entree and dessert. Large portions. Chow fun especially good. The issue with service is interesting. A guy in fancy suit takes your order, he is OK, although not too communicative, and a "server" brings food and clears table. No one ever smiles or inquires if all is OK. And while I asked for my shrimp with very little sauce, it still was floating in sauce. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed! Too bad we don't have a really good Chinese restaurant, although this one does have a following (mostly seniors and some locals) more

The food is greasy. The severs are not very nice or helpful, and overall, the place has a pretentious air about it. We were very disappointed and will not be going back. more

The food was okay. It's located in Boca Center so the prices get jacked up. Ambiance was nice for a Chinese restaurant. Rather go to the Red Lantern, food is way better and a lot cheaper. But if you decide to go here, order their Margarita, very good! more

Exercise caution eating here. They treat the regulars well, but others? Avoid weekends in season - they are jammed, service can be poor and the tuxedo clad hosts can be rude. The food suffers as well. Ate there 1/16/2010, and it was so poor I left no tip and complained to the owner. Could not ascertain if he really cared! more

We thoroughly enjoyed the spicy Seafood Delight! Our tastebuds were just dancing with the expertly blend of chili's, sesame oil, garlic and Ginger. The noodles were phenom while the seafood was generous and suculent! Was so thrilled to celebrate first night of vacation with such a delightful dining experience as the staff and service is first rate! more

Elegant Chinese done right. There's a reason this place is still here while every other restaurant in this mall has changed over. Their pot stickers and fried rice are my hubby's favorite. The lettuce wraps are excellent and the skirt steak has a great marinade. The white tablecloths, comfy outdoor seating (nicer than Rocco's) make it hard to understand how they can afford to charge PF Chang's prices for food that is better prepared and more nuanced. Good choice for a first date as everything can be shared and service is attentive. Also handles groups well, they were able to bring all of our dishes out at the same time, prepared as ordered, (unlike the horrible mix ups at Brio!) We never miss the drums and dragon dancers here for Chinese New Year, we love to hear the fireworks! more

Easily the best Chinese Food in Palm Beach County and one of the best in S FLA. Note however that cost is significant so if your one of those that expects inexpensive chinese food, don't come here. Taste, flavor and quality or the best, and this is one chinese restaurant where you don't question what you are eating. more
